Hi. Welcome to my Coach’s Corner — I’m really glad you’re here.
This is a gentle space where I share thoughts, reflections, and simple insights for women navigating midlife, menopause, and the many changes that come with this season of life.
Some of what I share comes from my work as a coach, some from my own journey, and some from the slower, more intentional life I live with my husband as we travel in our RV. Living this way has taught me a lot about listening to my body, honoring my energy, simplifying what matters, and finding calm in the middle of change — lessons that naturally flow into how I support women.
Here you’ll find posts about gentle lifestyle shifts, fasting in midlife, mindset, emotional well-being, and the quieter inner work that helps us feel more grounded and connected to ourselves again. Sometimes it will be practical. Sometimes reflective. Always shared with care and honesty.
Nothing here is meant to rush you or tell you what to do. This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about creating space — to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect with your own inner wisdom, at your own rhythm.
